Favour Moore & Wilhelmsen offers extensive services in counseling clients and preparing estate plan
documents, including wills and trusts, to meet a variety of goals. Although we do not provide tax
counseling, we work with tax professionals in order to achieve the planning goals that suit the needs of
every individual client. We also prepare the appropriate powers of attorney and advanced health care
directives, which facilitate allowing, trusted family members and friends to make decisions on behalf of our
clients when they are unable to make such decisions on their own behalf. And, when the time arrives that
a probate estate administration or trust estate administration is necessary we assist our clients through the
process of an orderly and professional transition of their affairs.
Our objective is to provide the most expert representation as to each of our client’s individual needs and
goals, while remaining sensitive to our client’s emotional well-being. We strive to guide our client’s critical
