Mark M. Moore, our senior partner, heads our family law division. We recognize both the financial and

tailor these agreements to meet each client’s goals, whether it is to insure the clients own financial planning
includes all contingencies or to safeguard the transfer of wealth to children from a prior marriage. We
encourage open lines of communication between parties in order to complete pre-nuptial and post-nuptial
agreements expeditiously, in a manner intended to facilitate resolution, with as little tension as possible.

children and those that do not. We regularly handle complex issues surrounding maintenance or spousal
support, custody, access and support of children.
We have particular expertise with Arizona state law regarding the division of marital assets, financial
distributions, and valuations of business and professional practices as well as the consideration of
educational degrees that have been obtained during a marriage. We have wide-ranging resources within
the firm from real estate to corporate law to provide expert evaluation of our clients’ sophisticated
financial assets. We regularly work with accountants, appraisers and other professionals to calculate the
assets involved in the matrimonial and family matters.
